Church Team Ministries International (CTMI) is a non-denominational nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering black leaders within a religious context in Canada. Committed to inclusivity, CTMI warmly welcomes leaders of all backgrounds without any form of discrimination. Our overarching vision is to equip and fortify these leaders, fostering a culture of excellence in their work.
In addition to our core training programs, CTMI engages in various activities aimed at enhancing leadership skills. This includes organizing conferences and facilitating broadcasted meetings and talks across television, radio, internet, and other media platforms. Through these diverse initiatives, CTMI strives to create a supportive and enriching environment where black leaders can thrive and make a lasting impact on their communities.
